Can Blockchain Restore Trust in the Philippines’ Most Corrupt Agencies?

Is Integrity Chain the answer to address the corruption problem in the DPWH? Due to the recent scandal in government spending in the Philippines related to flood-control projects, blockchain is now considered the way to restore public trust. The larger goal is to expand this project in the future to other government agencies and departments.

DPWH is considered one of the most corrupt government agencies. How about BIR, BOC, and DOF? These are the top three most corrupt government agencies in the Philippines. If all the transactions of these agencies are seen on the chain, I think this is a big move for people to know where the country's annual budget goes.
