Román is a social communicator, who works for a cable television company, directing a music program, where new musicians are introduced, band and singer presentation competitions are held, in addition to interviews and news about music. At first his program lasted one hour, but it has been so successful, that now his program practically become an audiovisual magazine, now lasting 4 hours in prime time from 7 to 11 pm every Wednesday.
Román was very happy with his professional triumphs, and now he was 100 percent dedicated to his magazine, where he fulfilled two main roles, which were that of producer and that of presenter. He really enjoyed looking for new talents in music to present them in his magazine, just as he enjoyed contacting musicians, singers and band members, to interview and present them live.
For the owners of the TV station, Román was a very important asset, since his program had numerous followers, and unlike other music programs, the followers of Román's program were of different ages, as could be verified on social networks. This was due to the fact that the television program was not dedicated to a single style of music, but there was room for different styles in it.
Now, to look for more variety in his program, Román was making short films about the history of music and small documentaries where he talked about the life of artists and musical bands, placing as a curtain, the music of the bands and artists he was presenting in his documentary. And this made the musical revue really a big hit on TV.
However, the relations between Román and the television executives were changing and deteriorating, because the directors wanted to use a good part of the advertising space in Román's program to make political support to the government of the country and to support the war process in Europe.
Roman, was a born pacifist, he did not want to get involved in politics in any way, even if he had his positions very clear on this issue, and it really bothered him a lot, that they will use a television space that he had earned minute by minute, with his effort and his creativity, to promote processes and policies that would help generate violence and death.
The rupture of the relationship between the executives of the television station and Roman became complete, when they informed the producers, directors and presenters of the best programs of the television network that they directed, that their media network was going to support with all its power the re-election campaign of the president, and that, therefore, they expected that from that moment on, all their employees and their spaces would be devoted to supporting that support.
In the case of cooking, crafts, music, entertainment and other programs, where the political issue did not fit directly, their presenters, to demonstrate their support, would be interviewed on opinion programs, along with other guests, where different national issues would be touched upon, and, therefore, the presenters of the programs were asked to defend and support the re-election campaign and the government's policy.
Many of the presenters and workers were upset, but ended up accepting the demands of the employer, Roman said nothing, made no comments and continued to do his job, although he had a great personal dislike, for such demands of the employer.
One day, Román received an invitation to appear on a nationally watched morning show called “Round Table”. On that show, 3 or 4 guests sat at a round table, whom the presenter interviewed about national issues. Normally, the program was very even-handed, and the guests defended different positions, giving the viewer a very broad vision of each topic covered. But now, by order of the directive, the program was only inviting people who supported the re-election of the president and his government.
When interviewed, Roman fixed his position, saying that he disagreed with the positions of the government, that he did not support the financing of the war in Europe and the Middle East and that he also said that he did not support the policy of the US government. USA. of vetoing the peace resolutions that were issued at the UN and also spoke about other economic and social issues, with which he disagreed, and saying at the end that for those reasons, he could not support the re-election of the president, and also commented that he was a journalist dedicated to music and not to politics and that, therefore, he did not know the reason why he had been invited to give his opinion on such a program.
The day after the interview, Roman was called to the office of the C.E.O., of the television station, and he informed him that he should have publicly retracted his opinions, or he would be fired. Román said that he would not do it and was immediately dismissed from the company, with the threat from the managers that they would do everything possible so that no media would hire him. Roman realized at that moment, that as long as this government was in office, no one would hire him.
He went home, talked to his wife and his teenage children and raised the whole situation with them, and both his wife and children supported him. Román, from that moment, was invited to interviews by some YouTube communicators, however; his first interviews were deleted from the channels by the platform. He realized that they wanted to silence him, due to his large number of followers on the networks.
One day, Roman was invited to an interview via the internet, he told the interviewer that his old interviews on YouTube were deleted, the interviewer told him that it didn't matter in the least, since he had a good amount of followers, and he didn't publish his content on YouTube, but on a platform called @3speak.tv, which worked on the #Hive network and there was no censorship for its content, since it was protected by nodes and worked on a blockchain and in addition to that, he received income for his contents.
Roman was interviewed that day, and he posted on his social networks that he had been interviewed and placed the link of the interview, Roman was left with his mouth open when he saw the response that his interview had, he also saw with pleasure, the income that his interviewer earned, and realized that he did not earn much more money, since many of the thousands of followers he had, were not active in that network.
After this experience, Roman decided to join the #hive network and make his magazine there, now he puts out his magazine on podcast once a week, his followers now support him in his work as an independent producer, many of them joined the network to help him with his vote financially.
Román, in addition to his musical magazine on podcast, has also dedicated himself to writing posts about music and the history of music, and in the same way, I create a community on the musical topic on the net, where many people are participating.
Roman, who at one time thought about how he was going to make an income to support his family, is now working creating content from home and without the pressure of having his content deleted or deleted by large corporations, since it is protected and safeguarded on the blockchain.
Now Roman, in addition to music, has become a huge defender of the blockchain and cryptocurrencies, thus defending a free and unrestricted world, which cannot be controlled by the big media. Música, blockchain y libertad.
Román es un comunicador social, que trabaja en una empresa de televisión por cable, dirigiendo un programa de música, donde se dan a conocer a nuevos músicos, se hacen concursos de presentación de bandas y cantantes, sumado a las entrevistas y las noticias sobre música. En un principio su programa duraba una hora, pero ha tenido tanto éxito, que ahora su programa prácticamente se convirtió en una revista audiovisual, durando ahora 4 horas en horario estelar de 7 a 11 de la noche todos los miércoles.
Román estaba muy contento con sus triunfos profesionales, y ahora se dedicaba al 100 por ciento a su revista, donde cumplía dos roles principales, que eran el de productor y el de presentador. Él disfrutaba mucho de buscar nuevos talentos en la música para presentarlos en su revista, al igual que disfrutaba de contactar a músicos, cantantes y miembros de bandas, para entrevistarlos y presentarlos en vivo.
Para los dueños de la televisora, Román era un activo muy importante, ya que su programa tenía gran cantidad de seguidores, y a diferencia de otros programas de música, los seguidores del programa de Román eran de diferentes edades, según se podía verificar en las redes sociales. Román, era un pacifista nato, no quería involucrarse en política de ninguna manera, aunque tuviese sus posiciones bien claras en este tema, y realmente le molestaba mucho, que utilizarán un espacio televisivo que él se había ganado minuto a minuto, con su esfuerzo y su creatividad, para impulsar, procesos y políticas que ayudasen a generar violencia y muerte.
La ruptura de la relación entre los directivos de la televisora y Román se hizo completa, cuando estos informaron a los productores, directores y presentadores de los mejores programas de la cadena televisiva que ellos dirigían, que su cadena de medios iba a apoyar con todo su poder a la campaña de reelección del presidente, y que, por lo tanto, ellos esperaban que a partir de ese momento, todos sus empleados y sus espacios se avocaran a respaldar ese apoyo.
En el caso de los programas de cocina, manualidades, música, entretenimiento y otros, donde no cabía el tema político de manera directa, sus presentadores, para demostrar su apoyo, serían entrevistados en programas de opinión, junto a otros invitados, donde se tocarían diferentes temas nacionales, y, por lo tanto, se les pedía a los presentadores de los programas que defendieran y apoyaran la campaña de reelección y la política del gobierno.
Muchos de los presentadores y trabajadores se disgustaron, pero terminaron aceptando las exigencias de la patronal, Román no dijo nada, no hizo ningún comentario y siguió haciendo su trabajo, aunque tenía un gran disgusto personal, por semejantes exigencias de la patronal.
Un día, Román recibió una invitación, para presentarse en un programa matutino, muy visto a nivel nacional, llamado “Mesa Redonda”, en ese programa, se sentaban en una mesa redonda 3 o 4 invitados, a los que el presentador entrevistaba sobre temas nacionales. Normalmente, el programa era bien ecuánime y los invitados defendían diferentes posiciones, dándole al espectador una visión bien amplia de cada tema tratado. Pero ahora, por orden de la directiva, el programa solo estaba invitando a personas que apoyaban la reelección del presidente y su gobierno.
Al ser entrevistado, Román fijó su posición, diciendo que no estaba de acuerdo con las posiciones del gobierno, que no apoyaba el financiamiento de la guerra en Europa y el Medio Oriente y que también dijo que no apoyaba la política del gobierno de los EE. UU. de vetar las resoluciones de paz que se emitían en la ONU y además habló de otros temas económicos y sociales, con los que no estaba de acuerdo, y diciendo al final que por esas razones, él no podía apoyar la reelección del presidente, y también comentó que él era un periodista dedicado a la música y no a la política y que, por lo tanto, no sabía la razón por la que le habían invitado a dar su opinión en un programa de ese estilo.

Él se fue a su casa, habló con su esposa y sus hijos adolescentes y les planteó toda la situación, y tanto su esposa como sus hijos lo apoyaron. Román, a partir de ese momento, fue invitado a entrevistas por algunos comunicadores de YouTube, sin embargo; sus primeras entrevistas fueron borradas de los canales por la plataforma. Él se dio cuenta de que querían silenciarlo, debido a su gran cantidad de seguidores en las redes.

Román, además de su revista musical en pódcast, también se ha dedicado a escribir post sobre música y la historia de la música, y del mismo modo, creo en la red una comunidad sobre el tema musical, donde muchas personas están participando.
Román, que en un momento pensó cómo iba a hacer para producir ingresos para mantener a su familia, ahora está trabajando creando contenido desde casa y sin la presión de que su contenido sea borrado o eliminado por las grandes corporaciones, ya que está protegido y resguardado en la blockchain.
Ahora Román, además de la música, se ha convertido en un enorme defensor de la blockchain y de las criptomonedas, defendiendo así, un mundo libre y sin restricciones, que no puede ser controlado por los grandes medios.
