Just like the previous day, this evening I cycled casually, covering a distance of approximately 10 kilometers in approximately 30 minutes.

A habit that has become a routine thing to do continuously if not done will cause regret in the future.

Maybe changes in body shape in sports will not be seen in the near future, it takes a long time and routine for the body to change because of exercise.
