Cutting Losses and Growing My Hive Portfolio with Pi Proceeds

Writing my thoughts before I retire to bed.

Failed Pi Token Trade

My EWP analysis of the Pi token failed. The 1.22 support was broken. Since I no longer understand the direction of the token, I decided to cut the loss at 1.10 USDT. I sold 251 Pi:

I lost 9,000.00 PHP in this trade. It's not exactly a loss. It's more appropriate to describe it as a lesser gain, for I did not spend a single cent in this token. I was given 750 Pi for free, which I used as my trading capital.

I was successful in my first trade, buying at $1.36 and selling at $2.94. This time, I failed. I bought twice at $1.80 and $1.44 and cut my loss at $1.10.

USDT Transfer and HIVE Purchase

I received 276 USDT. I sent the 179 to my MEXC account. It was successful!

I left 100 USDT plus 200 Pi in my Bitget wallet. As for the 179 USDT I transferred to MEXC, I am planning to use it to buy HIVE. So far, I have 300 HIVE on MEXC and 500 HIVE on Bitget. My average on Bitget is $0.281, while on MEXC it is $0.3498. I already lost 30.38%, or $31.86.

However, after waiting for more than an hour, I was wondering why I could not see the 179 USDT I sent to MEXC. I checked if I missed something. There is no problem with the wallet address. I wish it was just a chain congestion because of too many transactions.

At around 10:30 PM, after several times checking my MEXC account, finally I saw the 179 USDT added to my wallet. I immediately bought 743.61 HIVE. My average went down to $0.315. I am thinking of sending 500 HIVE to my Hive account and powering up 50% of it and sending the remaining 50% to Hive Engine to buy the layer two tokens such as BEE, POB, WAIV, ZING, SWAP.GIFU, MEME, and perhaps test the TRIBE token.

Business Office and Financial Challenges

I think I will do the transferring and the buying tomorrow. I am already tired. I had a long day in the business office, for we are now undergoing financial housekeeping with the help of an accountant. I was not able to write the story of my one-week teaching task in Palawan. Perhaps my students have been waiting for that article, for I promised them that I would publish it today, but my schedule prevents me from doing so.

Meralco is also giving me a hard time. Last week, while away from the school, I was torn between our electric bill and the salary of our employees. I chose the latter, and the consequence is that Meralco refused to accept a one-month payment, and gave us a warning either to pay the PHP 250,000.00+ bill or they will disconnect the power supply. The president asked the community to pray.

Concluding this article, regardless of what people think about the Pi network, I would still like to thank the initiators of this project for giving me additional capital to grow my Hive account.

Grace and peace!

You can't blame yourself, I think it's quite impossible to predict how crypto will go, you tried and a lesson earned...
