Many who are in favor of the Biden administration would not be pleased to read the news that the former SEC chairman, Gary Gensler, allegedly attempted to conceal his enforcement actions against the crypto space during his term. This type of news emerged after the SEC watchdog discovered that the IT department "mistakenly" removed records connected to critical crypto conversations.

What the Biden administration considered a just war on crypto is now considered by the Trump administration as garbage that needs to be undone. Guilty of an arbitrary standard, Gensler could go down in history as "the worst SEC chair," said Tom Emmer.
