What kind of dip are you buying? Or might it be a meme! Pepe wants the bug dip, please, and thank you. Many use this comment of "Buy the Dip". This in essence means buy when (it's) lower. Also the idea that one should buy when something is higher. Since the key is value. If you picked some other kind of dip then that value may be in eating the dip. All relative of course. Every situation is different. Dip over what and compared to what? This could vary quite a bit. So like always, do your (own) research and go with what you understand. Preferably what you understand well.
