John Ryder is a young entrepreneur who comes from a family with a thriving family business in finance. Jhon was given the management of the family business when his father retired, but he wanted to try a different type of business, as John always felt a strong interest in music and his true passion was in the music world.

John decided to turn his life around and start his own music production company. In order to avoid problems with the family, he taught his younger brother and cousin to run the finance company, which he now only supervised.

Jhon, with a lot of dedication and effort, dedicated himself to grow his production business, and to get artists and new talent, he tirelessly searched for new bands and artists in bars, clubs and parties, always with the intention of discovering the next new star in the music industry.

In that search, he found a couple of very promising rock bands and a talented solo artist. John talked to them, offered his services and help, and became their producer, supporting them every step of the way on their road to fame. He handled their performances, media interviews, social media marketing, worked on the production of their albums and promoted them tirelessly. And John's passion, talent and hard work made the groups and the soloist a resounding success, musically.

After a few years, John's production company, christened "Rising Star", grew impressively in the music world, now new bands and solo artists sought him out to produce for them, but despite this, John never stopped seeking out and supporting new talent himself, and was always committed to giving them the opportunity they deserved.

Although the family business remained in place and was a secure source of income for him and his family, John devoted more and more time and energy to the music production company, as that was where he found his true happiness and felt satisfied knowing that he was helping others realize their dreams and passions.

"Rising Star" became one of the most important music production companies in the city, and John always maintained a philosophy of supporting new talent and helping them achieve their dreams, that's why he gave the company the slogan; "Rising Star, the way to make your dream come true", which always resonated with every project and every artist he worked with.

John Ryder's love of music led him to create a successful production company and help other artists reach their full potential. John proved that sometimes letting go of what is considered safe and embarking on new paths and ventures can open doors to a fuller and more meaningful life, both for ourselves and others.

John Ryder es un joven empresario que viene de una familia con un próspero negocio familiar en el área de finanzas. Jhon, recibió la dirección de la empresa familiar cuando su padre se retiró, pero él quería probar con otro tipo de negocios, ya que John siempre sintió un fuerte interés por la música y, su verdadera pasión se encontraba en el mundo musical.

Jhon decidió dar un giro en su vida y crear su propia productora de música. Para no tener problemas con la familia, enseño a su hermano menor y su primo a dirigir la empresa de finanzas, a la que el ahora solo supervisaba.

Jhon, con mucha dedicación y esfuerzo, se dedicó a hacer crecer su negocio de producción, y para conseguir artistas y nuevos talentos, él se dedicaba a buscar incansablemente nóveles bandas y artistas en bares, clubes y fiestas, siempre con la intensión de descubrir la próxima nueva estrella, del área musical.

En esa búsqueda, él consiguió un par de grupos de rock muy prometedores y una talentosa solista. John habló con ellos, les ofreció sus servicios y ayuda y se convirtió en su productor apoyándolos en cada paso del camino que iniciaron hacia la fama. Él manejó sus presentaciones, las entrevistas en los medios, el marketing por las redes sociales, trabajó en la producción de sus álbumes y los promocionó incansablemente. Y la pasión, el talento y el trabajo de Jonh, lograron que los grupos y la solista se convirtieran en un éxito rotundo, en el ámbito musical.

Después de unos años, la productora de John, bautizada como "Estrella Naciente", creció de manera impresionante en el mundo musical, ahora las nuevas bandas y solistas lo buscaban para que él les produjera, pero a pesar de esto, John nunca dejó de buscar y apoyar a nuevos talentos él mismo, y siempre se comprometió a darles la oportunidad que merecían.

Aunque el negocio familiar seguía en pie y era una fuente segura de ingresos para él y su familia, John le dedicaba cada vez más tiempo y energía a la productora musical, ya que ahí encontraba su verdadera felicidad y se sentía satisfecho sabiendo que estaba ayudando a otros a hacer realidad sus sueños y pasiones.

"Estrella Naciente" se convirtió en una de las productoras más importantes del medio musical de la ciudad, y John siempre mantuvo una filosofía de apoyo a nuevos talentos y de ayudarlos a conseguir sus sueños, por eso le puso a la empresa el eslogan; "Estrella Naciente, el camino para hacer realidad tu sueño", que siempre resonaba en cada proyecto y cada artista con el que trabajaba.

El amor por la música de John Ryder lo llevó a crear una productora exitosa y a ayudar a otros artistas a alcanzar su máximo potencial. John demostró que, a veces, dejar de lado lo que se considera seguro e iniciar nuevos caminos y empresas, puede abrirnos las puertas de una vida más plena y significativa, tanto para nosotros como para los demás.
