You can’t make this stuff up…

On Feb. 12, 2025, Congress held a so-called “government efficiency” hearing. And who did Democrats roll out as their star witness? Dylan Hedtler-Gaudette from the Project on Government Oversight — blind, sunglasses and all — to defend Uncle Sam’s record on spotting waste and fraud.

That’s not irony — that’s a federal job description.
The government’s solution to fraud oversight is literally someone who can’t see. Perfect symbolism.

At this rate, expect a deaf witness to testify on whistleblower protections… or a guy with no hands to testify on gun control.

Capitol Hill isn’t a government anymore. It’s an open-mic comedy club — and the joke’s on us.
