Community are the pillars of the project

I've been getting a few messages concerning of what's going on with the platform, blockchain and project by fellow members as they have not had a response on messaging the help desk.

Every customer or community member that reaches out to a company/project for assistance and help, should be responded with a reply to acknowledge and address their queries and concerns.

No community interaction, no AMA, no query response, no updates, no posts on Socials regarding progression/partnerships. Not an ideal, professional approach towards supporters of the project for years, nor newly joined members who require assistance.

Any news from Dallyboy whose the Community Manager for interactions who should be communicating if the others are "super busy" in developing.
