Wednesday walk: Secret Santa, a gift and a Christmas tree

How else to end the year, than to write about Santa and presents in the last week, including this Wednesday?

Considering that in the company we play secret Santa with my colleagues every year, I left it to buy a gift for a colleague that I pulled out of the hat this week.
Tuesday was a day for shopping and choosing gifts. Since my car is broken, how else would I go shopping, but on foot.
I also have proof, not a small number of steps...

Now that it's the holiday season, I'm afraid I'll be a pedestrian for the next two weeks, until the replacement parts are delivered and the garages resume work at the beginning of the year and fix my car.
At least some benefit, it's healthy to walk 😀 and traffic jams are avoided...

Since I had a nice walk yesterday, today I had nothing left but to put the gift under the Christmas tree and wait for Friday, when we will give each other the gifts we bought.
I can't wait.

When I went to work this morning (on foot as always), at the door of the building, a cat was waiting for me, which started walking with me.

I left the apartment very early, before dawn, so my shadow followed me on my walk.

As I walked to work, I thought of a message for a gift and looked at the decorated terraces of my neighbors' apartments as well as the windows of shops decorated with New Year's details.

When I left a present under our Christmas tree at the company, I walked around the half-empty offices and took pictures of the Christmas trees of other sectors.
