It is good that you were allowed to see the skills of baker. Here in our area no bakery allows us to enter their kitchen or wherever the items are baked or made.

So I brought you an exclusive here in a way😀
It was late at night, so the baker probably didn't expect anyone to walk past that door.
He opened them to cool off from the overheated oven that was baking the burek. And as for the picture behind, where you can see his work, I took that picture from the sales area through a glass wall.
