My Actifit Report Card: December 12 2023

Hey Actifitters,

Since I keep going to bed way too late, often at a time when some people are already awake and ready to start their day, it's sometimes a bit difficult in the morning. Yesterday was one of those mornings. Apparently, both Le Chat and Kaia agreed. Le Chat's reaction when I switched on the lights...

Then, no need to speak cat to understand what she meant next: "You do whatever you want, but I'm going back to sleep..."

Kaia had her own way to express pretty much the same thing.

A good part of the day was spent in boring meetings anyways, so they didn't miss much. It was a mostly sunny day though, so we had to try and catch the sunset.

As often, we started at the small forest behind the front yard.

That's a good place for Kaia to start her exploration.

But we quickly rushed to the golf course for better views. Unfortunately the sky was actually too clear, with very little clouds, to get colors similar to last week. But like I said many times, I still really enjoy these views, very soothing.

Next step was the forest before it got too dark. Of course, from this side, it's easy to check on our tree friend first. Seriously, will it ever lose its leaves?

Finally, the forest!

Kaia started by chasing a few critters.

And we continued on the trails until it got darker.

When we made our usual detours in the neighborhood to add some distance, even though it was dark, we could still see a few orange hues in the distance.

And that was it. Once again, real activities started a bit late, but we caught up in the evening.
