My Actifit Report Card: October 25 2023
Hey Actifitters,
Lots of rain in yesterday's forecast, so before it started, we made sure to walk the yard with Kaia. Many trees lost all their leaves in the backyard.
Of course, Kaia had to secure the perimeter.
Luckily, we still have plenty of trees with beautiful foliage.
Behind the house across the street, the fall colors are also resisting well, they've been very bright for maybe 2 weeks now.
But behind the front yard, it's finally more yellow and orange than green.
Squirrels are still very busy harvesting acorns, and taunting Kaia!
We had a few other breaks outside, in between the rain showers. And we had one more walk at night. These Halloween decorations that I showed a few days ago look much cooler at night!
And that was it. Another routine day, we managed to get a little activity in spite of the rain, but it was pretty mellow once again.

Ask the trees to hang on to their gorgeous leaves as long as possible! Light rain is okay but a downfall with strong winds will abruptly end the visual party.

Thanks! I sure hope the leaves will stay for a while, but with the very changing weather we're having (kinda hot today at 75F, but 25F expected in a couple days !lolz), we'll see what happens. I might try and visit one of the bigger parks, in case it's the last week end with colors.
