My Actifit Report Card: August 1 2023 : I Am Alive Challenge

Happy new month!
We are in the mouth of August the eighth month of the year wow how time flies.

Hope you have so much to be grateful for.

I humbly welcome you to my actifit report for Tuesday 1 August,2023🎉

It's my rest day 🥳
I just stayed back at home, did house chores and online activities not abstaining from watching movies 😊

It interested me to see our little cocoa tree bearing seeds.
Usually it's more than this but seems the place is jam-packed with lots of other trees, making it hard for it to enjoy rain and sun.

At least it tried to bear something.

One of my uncle normally use the premature ones to cook draw soup.
I don't know how he does this, I haven't eaten the soup before.
Maybe because I find it strange or is not to my liking.

I am not someone that condemn food rather someone that encourages the consumption of good food.
Good food in the sense that you can modify it to someone eatable, cooked in a way that won't cause harm to the body.

I heard about new month resolution 😁
I thought it was only a yearly stuff, but hey do your thing, work towards to achieving it and be happy.

Life happens.......
