Celebrating Love and Culture

This weekend was one for the books as my dear childhood friend exchanged vows with the love of her life in a beautiful traditional Urhobo culture settings, the marriage ceremony was filled with electeicifed atmosphere as this is the day she has been waiting for to bring people form various part of the nation to join her celebrate her joy as she has found her soul mate with the whole room filled with laughter, music, and joy.

The traditional Urhobo wedding ceremony was a vibrant display of the couple's cultural heritage and colour's as their colour for the day is green The bride's stunning attire and the groom's dashing traditional wear added to the splendor of the occasion as the ceremony was filled with meaningful traditional rituals and customs that showcased the richness of Urhobo culture.

We the family and friends and family gathered to witness the union, the air was filled with excitement and happiness. The bride and groom beamed with joy as they exchanged vows and promises to love and cherish each other as the groom paid the bride price he was asked to knee and beg the brides parents for thier daughters hand on a marriage again once more after which the traditional Urhobo dances and music added to the festive atmosphere, making it a truly unforgettable experience.

What struck me most was the love and commitment that radiated from the couple as their bond was palpable, and it was clear that they were meant to be together as I looked around at the smiling faces of my friend and her family, I felt grateful to be a part of this special moment.
