When the kids are getting ready for Halloween…

When in the morning I can no longer wear short sleeves because the temperature is low.

When I eagerly await the start of the heating season.

When I look at my closet and think about changing my summer/winter wardrobe - let's put away the summer one and put the winter one in the closet...

When there are traces of condensation or droplets on our cars in the morning due to low temperature overnight or rain.

When the time changes to winter time, it gets dark already at 4:30 p.m. and when it wasn't dawn yet at 7 am.

When I take a blanket out of the closet, and pack a washed, thin summer blanket into the closet.

When I remove slippers and thin sneakers, moccasins and shoes with flipped leather from the shoe closet, and put thicker leather sneakers and shoes marked waterproof in the closet...

When instead of sunglasses, the obligatory accessory becomes an umbrella.

When a clear sky with white clouds replaces a gloomy, gray sky with clouds that constantly threaten to rain.

When the streets are wet from autumn rains...

When we start thinking about the Christmas and New Year holidays...

And so, that's autumn is.

But in order not to end the post with a not very nice picture of a rainy day, I will write that autumn can also be beautiful, when the extended (Miholjsko) summer comes, so that the whole of September and October will be beautiful and warm days, without precipitation.
When autumn is like that, it is the best time for trips and walks in nature, but also in cities.
