Today I will tell you how I extract butter from curd.
Today I have extracted butter.
I take two kilos of milk for the children every day.
First I heat the milk well.
Then I put the milk in an open vessel to cool.
When the milk comes to normal temperature, a milky layer forms on the milk.
I collect this mixture in a pot every day.
After 15 days, I put this mixture in the juicer machine and run the juicer mission for ten minutes.
Today I did the same as you can see in the pictures

آج میں آپ کو بتاؤں گی کہ میں دہی سے مکھن کس طرح نکالتی ہوں آج میں نے مکھن نکالا ہے ۔ میں ہر روز بچوں کیلئے دو کلو دودھ لیتی ہوں ۔ پہلے دودھ کو اچھی طرح گرم کرتی ہوں ۔ پھر دودھ کو ٹھنڈا ہونے کیلئے ایک کھلے برتن میں رکھ دیتی ہوں ۔ جب دودھ نارمل ٹمپریچر پر آتا ہے تو دودھ پر ایک ملائی کی تہہ آجاتی ہے ۔ میں اس ملائی کو ہر روز ایک برتن میں جمع کرتی رہتی ہوں ۔ 15 دن کے بعد پھر میں اس ملائی کو جوسر مشین میں ڈال کر دس منٹ تک جوسر مشن چلاتی ہوں اس طرح کرنے سے مکھن اوپر آجاتا ہے اور نیچے صرف کسی رہ جاتی ہے ۔ آج میں نے اسی طرح کیا آپ تصویروں میں دیکھ سکتے ہیں
