My Actifit Report Card: May 19 2024

Today was hotter than before, the intensity of heat increased a lot after 12 o'clock.
In the morning I was very busy with the children because today was Sunday and my son also had a day off from school and children are less open to you and fight a lot.
After 12 o'clock I fed the children and let them sleep because it was very hot outside.
At five o'clock I also woke up and the children also started waking up.
At that time, the intensity of heat had decreased considerably.
I went to the yard of the house and there a red bracelet sat on my hand.

آج کا دن پہلے سے زیادہ گرم تھا گرمی کی شدت میں 12 بجے کے بعد بہت زیادہ اضافہ ہو گیا ۔ صبح کے وقت میں بچوں کے ساتھ بہت مصروف تھی کیونکہ آج اتوار کا دن تھا اور میرے بیٹے کی بھی سکول سے چھٹی تھی اور بچے آپ میں کھلتے بہت کم ہیں لڑائی بہت کرتے ہیں ۔ 12 بجے کے بعد میں نے بچوں کو کھانا کھلا کے سولا دیا کیونکہ باہر بہت زیادہ گرمی تھی ۔ پانچ بجے مجھے بھی جاگ آگی اور بچے بھی جاگنے لگے ۔ اس وقت گرمی کی شدت میں کافی کمی آ چکی تھی ۔ میں گھر کے صحن میں گی وہاں ایک کڑا سرخ رنگ کا میرے ہاتھ پر بیٹھ گیا میں نے اس کی چند تصاویریں بھی بنائیں اس کی اور کچھ تصویریں پودوں کی بھی بنائیں ساتھ
