Noodles with spinach and sausages

This is again my #breakfast or #lunch.
I have a lot of work now, so I have to take coffee for breakfast and combine a normal breakfast with lunch.

So...
Noodles with spinach and sausages.

It seems to be the easiest dish that anyone can #cook and not so easy to spoil :). For starters, spinach. I usually take a small amount of frozen spinach. (Although this time I prepared a large portion, which can be enough for 4 servings).

Put the spinach in a preheated #pan, add a little hot water. It should not be too much water to steam the frozen #spinach and cook it a little. When the spinach has thawed (5-10 minutes), add sunflower or olive oil, spices, and salt. It can be black pepper, sweet ground #paprika, ground ginger, dried or fresh dill, parsley. The salt can also be sea salt.
You can also add green beans at this point. Should also add grated carrots and finely chopped onions.

While the spinach is cooking (usually, after the spices and beans are added, it takes another 7-10 minutes), you need to put the noodles on to cook. It can be any noodle that takes 5 minutes to cook. For example, it can be short noodles or long noodles. Wheat or rice #noodles. Any noodle you like (or have in your cupboard).

When the noodles are almost done, add the grated or chopped garlic and butter to the spinach.

Drain the water from the noodles and rinse them if the instructions call for it. You can then add the noodles to the spinach in the pan. Mix the #greens and noodles well and drizzle with a little #lemon juice. Stir occasionally to prevent the noodles from burning.

While the noodles are cooking (usually 3-5 minutes), you can chop fresh #tomatoes (or cucumbers) and cook the sausages. Of course, you can boil them or microwave them for one minute. If you're a Veggie, you can use soy sausages.

When the noodles look done, place them on a plate with the vegetables and sausages. Sprinkle grated cheese over the noodles.

Thanks if you read all of this.😇
I apologize for my imperfect English.😘

Thank you for your feedback! Yes, it tastes really good. But a lot depends on the spices.

No one is interested in the topic of food here. Well, okay. I will post just for myself.
