Sri Lanka started the innings very well.both the openers batted brilliantly.Pathum Nissanka scored 52,and Kusal Mendis scored 57 runs.when 3 wickets of Sri Lanka fell,the Sri Lankan team came under some pressure.but Rajapaksa and Shanaka didn't give up and stayed at the crease.Rajapaksa was not out on 25 and Shanaka was not out on 33 runs.

Sri Lanka achieved this target in 19.5 overs with the loss of 4 wickets.Sri Lanka won this match by 6 wickets.

Captain Dasan Shanaka was awarded the man of the match award for the best all-rounder.
