Oh! What a day to start a New Year! I almost forgot that today is $HIVE Power Up Day (HPUD).

After sleeping for more than five hours, I watched London Has Fallen with my mother-in-law. Afterwards, I played Splintelands. And then, a former student asked my assistance to withdraw her earnings from one crypto exchange. As I cross examined her, I got confused with her statements. She already paid 26,000.00 PHP for the processing fee to get her money. Now that she disconnected herself from her coach, she remembered me and asked for help.

I got confused with her statements for she has been mentioning entities and platforms, but she could not explain them coherently. She talked about EmpresCapital, which my first impression watching the website is that it is a scam for every two to three seconds, the site is flashing names of users from different countries withdrawing huge amount of US dollars:

And then she talked about Philcoin, which looks legit to me, but there is no way that she could earn that amount of money she told me for the price of the token is just $0.002871.

Afterwards she talked about her accounts in coinmarketcap.com and coins.ph. These two look valid to me, but I have to verified if she really has control of her accounts.

After our talk, we set an appointment to meet the second week of this month. She already has many plans with her expected earnings. I told her that first things first. We must verify if she really has control and can log in and out and if she has the capability to transfer her funds. If not, I think she will be disappointed if she will realize that she had been dealing with con artists.

Back to HPUD

After our conversation, a minute ago, I powered up 30 $HIVE. I started 2024 with 3,570 HP and now after powering up, I have a total of 3,600 HP.

The goal this year is to reach the Dolphin status with 5,500 HP.

I thank the Lord for InLeo for after checking the thread I made ten hours ago about specific content to write, @luchyl reminded me about today's #HPUD, and that is why I am now writing this post. Thanks my friend for your comment. If not, I think I will miss today's #HPUD.
