Prompt: Chameleon and Politicians, by Thomas Kinkade

Source

I could hardly publish an article this time using this account due to my preoccupation with the completion of my academic requirements. I have been away for 22 days from uploading videos on 3Speak. The current article is the transcript I used for the 3Speak video I uploaded yesterday.

In that video, I shared something that I find funny, and that is why I gave it the title “The Clown Show Continues.” What I mean by the Clown Show is the ongoing pretension of political analysts and politicians as if we need them in our lives. All I can say to these people is “Mind your own business and leave us alone!” But these people are deaf. They think we cannot live without them; they think they are indispensable.

WW3

Anyhow, the first funny thing I found is about the statements of an Indian expert analyst. He is the head of an independent think tank in India. That’s a big name. A think tank means a group of intellectuals that influence public opinion.

The guy’s name is Robinder Sachdev. His institute, Imagindia, has a reputation for assisting “foreign governments, corporate and political leaders, media, and the public to better understand and engage with India.” So, this institution “conducts research, designs strategy, and implements projects.” In short, this think tank shapes “public and elite opinion – within India opinion, and globally.” So, this institution is influential and if its reputation is really true, then the public pronouncement of its president is not just the wild babbling of a madman. And you know what he said? He said that WW3 has already begun. I repeat, he said that WW3 has already begun.

I am not sure if the analyst or the writer of the article is really serious or just kidding. It is as if a world war is just an insignificant thing that anyone can spew out of his mouth or pen.

Maybe the above article is just clickbait. Shame on the writer who claims to be a student of Austrian economics and yet makes a piece of sensational news like this. What I find funny in this article is its inconsistency. In the first paragraph, the writer said that the president of Imagindia “believes that World War III has already begun.” And then in the following paragraph, he wrote that the same person is predicting World War III will come. Very consistent indeed. Which one is true? “WW3 has begun” or “WW3 will come?”

Merging of the BRICS and the SCO

The next unusual thing that this elite analyst said is about the merging of the BRICS and the SCO. We are all familiar with the BRICS, but it’s my first time to read about SCO. (It is not even included in our LeoGlossary. SEO yes, but not SCO 😆).

Anyhow, SCO stands for Shanghai Cooperation Organization. This organization is composed of countries like “China, India, Iran, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Russia, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan.”

By the way, Imagindia has been in existence for more than 20 years already and is considered a “leading expert in international relations, public affairs, business strategy, and leadership development.”

The big thing in this predicted merging between BRICS and SCO is that such action will make this new entity a major player in geopolitics. This would mean that with this new organization, they can now challenge the dominance of the United States in directing the affairs of nations. As such a new global order will be formed in the 21st century from a unipolar to a multipolar one.

So, what’s your opinion on these two wild predictions made by the so-called elite expert analyst of Imagindia? Is this something to be taken seriously? Or is it something to be ignored?

Crypto Donation for Political Campaign

The last funny thing is about this announcement regarding the approaching election in the US 1 year and four months from now. This time, the clown is a City Mayor, the Mayor of Miami, Francis Suarez. Perhaps, you know him better. Perhaps he is no clown and he is a real deal, but I don’t have time or it’s more appropriate to say that I don’t want to waste time digging deeper into the life of any politician. Sorry, my interest is just superficial.

This Mayor has announced that he is accepting crypto donations for his political campaign. Imagine, not only BTC, he is accepting LTC, DOGE, XRP, ETH, SHIB, USDC, DAI, MATIC, and more. By this announcement, he is giving supporters of cryptocurrency in the US and perhaps even internationally the chance to financially support him in replacing Joe Biden by November next year.

What do you think about his announcement? Does he have a chance to defeat Joe Biden?

As for me, I find it ridiculous to ask for crypto donations for a political campaign. I thought the reason why crypto exists in the first place is to replace these clowns. Is he not aware of such a dominant sentiment among crypto enthusiasts? Or are the advocates of cryptocurrency not unified in such a sentiment? Perhaps, many are looking for the “right” politician to open the door for crypto mainstream adoption. Are we that hopeless that we need a political messiah? I thought crypto in itself is the solution to the current problem both in politics and economics.

Nevertheless, I like what this clown said. Speaking of cryptocurrency, Suarez said:

This is a process of developing technologies that are going to create democratizing opportunities for wealth creation and are not manipulated by a human being’s ulterior motives, political goals, etc.

Woah! I love that. It is as if I am listening to TM. But you know politicians are good with that. They specialize in public rhetoric. But once seated, they will soon forget what they said.

So far, I have been reading here on Hive that crypto will be a hot political issue in the coming US election. We already have Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Vivek Ramaswamy, Rand Paul, Andrew Yang, and Eric Swalwell who are pro-crypto. I don’t know for how long they have become crypto believers. How about other politicians? Are we going to see many of them changing their colors like chameleons? Let us wait and see.

So, what do you think about Suarez’s announcement that he is accepting crypto donations in his campaign?

I think that’s it for our Clown Show. Thank you for your time.

Grace and peace!
