Yes, and East Germany before the wall fell in 89 and the year after in 90. There were still Soviet soldiers in East Germany in 90.
I don't know if I will get the spellings correct... but here goes from memory.
Leipzig, Gerra, Colburn, Cologne, Munich, Berlin, Garmische, and unfortunately Dachau.
Probably more cities that I have forgot about. ... Time to go back to Deutcheland.
... I was in the frontier as well where East and West was divided. Guard towers, no mans land. I wouldn't leave the jeep trail... still worried about old mines. ... I remember beautiful red poppies. ... Of course in Munich bier and weiss wurst. :)
