People may come blog and write about Pepe, their tokens, adventure, and make, and/or share memes and earn $PEPE which they may be able to exchange for $PEPE-ETH that may then be withdrawn to the ethereum blockchain as well as part of the Pepe token dreams...

I think hive-engine does charge ETH gas when you deposit and withdraw. If that's the case, it might change the attractiveness of hive-engine for PEPE on ETH people.
But the concept is good. The new level one PulseChain has a bridge from ETH and like 3 cents gas fees, so a lot of PEPE is now being traded there.
