Pepe noting over ten million tokens in circulation! About five times this would be good to set things more in motion with PEPE token. Allowing to cover initial costs of activating contracts for staking, delegation and rewards!

Would leave a healthy amount for liquidation as well. Allowing for some buy wall at times and some funds for random expenses and something for the management of @pepetoken.
