What do you think about a lottery for an NFT? Suggested by a community member being explored further.

Recently had a Pepe Meme NFT minted and the idea of a lottery was mentioned by a community member. So now wondering what the interest may be and how we should do the lottery. One way could be to sell tickets, or give tickets someway for certain activities of sorts. Another way could be a reblog lottery like others that are held by other blockchain accounts.

Just another little game as PEPE tokens look to reward users for using the Pepe tag to curate or author a post include in your tags. Sum of the NFTs have been minted in exchange for crypto and a few were minted for burning PEPE tokens. So they may be backed by burned tokens. Or maybe sumthing can't simply be backed by burned tokens because the tokens are gone. About half a dozen of the NFTs have been sent to other addresses leaving a fairly rare circulation currently. Sort of like having our own little Rare Pepe!

Shall try a lottery for one of the NFTs next once we decide how to hold and run the lottery. For example if tickets were offered for one (1) Hive each there could be a drawing for one of the NFTs for every twenty-two (22) lottery tickets as the NFT is worth about 22 HIVE. For HBD tickets there would only be eight as the NFT is worth between seven and eight HBD. With reblogs the post rewards would be added and kept track of to balance values and award an NFT every total of X reblogs, whatever that may be and figure out in time.
