New Resolution
"With the start of the new year, I was determined to make a change. I sat down and created a list of goals, both big and small. I knew I couldn't change everything at once, so I decided to focus on one goal at a time. My first goal was to get more exercise. I started small, taking a walk every day. Gradually, I increased my exercise and noticed that I had more energy and felt better overall. I also started eating healthier, cooking more meals at home….
"In addition to my health and fitness goals, I also made some resolutions related to my hobbies and interests. I wanted to read more, so I set a goal of reading one book per month. I also wanted to spend more time outdoors, so I started hiking on the weekends. And I wanted to learn a new skill, so I started taking an online class. Each goal was small, but together they added up to a big change. 😊"
