I CAN NOT DO WITHOUT EBA
There are three basic needs of humans.
Food, clothing and shelter.
Food is a basic need of a human that gives energy to be body, and in turn, helps with proper growth and development of an individual.
In my country, there are different cultures and traditions.
Apart from music, another major thing that differentiate one tribe from another is the food they eat.
Every body has this one food that they love eating and can not do without. As at the time I wrote this blog post, I just finished eating my favorite food.
I grew up in an African home where you eat what your parents want you to eat. Your choices are limited. I ate different type of meal from my mother's pot, but one that stood out was Eba.

There are three major ethnic groups in Nigeria, namely: the Igbo, Hausa and the Yoruba. I am an Igbo.
Now, Eba is a food owned by the igbos'
This food is prepared using cassava parfait also called garri within the people of Nigeria.
It is served with any soup of choice. Egusi soup, okra soup, Ede soup, Ofe Owerri, and any other soup you want to serve with.
My love for Eba started far back. I can not remember any even that occured, but all I know is that I began to love this food and can not do without it.
The major reason why I love eba is because it fills my stomach. After I eat it, I will not feel hungry for a long time. Also, the fish, meat, and other animals that are used to cook the soup can be really tempting. Always getting my appetite.
I can eat Eba every night for the rest of the year. Just like today, I eat Eba in the afternoon too. Though the soup will be changed at intervals.
I do not really know why I love this food, but I am always happy any time I eat it.
Yes,ni will love other people to try it out. But mind you, it is not chewed but swallowed. Yes, you wash your hands, get a portion that you can swallow, and mould it to form a ball in your hands.
Dip it inside the soup and put it in your mouth.
You can use your tongue to shift the fish to one corner of your mouth, then swallow the eba while you chew on the fish, meat, and leaves that was used to make the soup.
To prepare eba, the first thing you will do is to boil water.
When the water gets boiled, then you turn it into a sizable bowl.
Pour the cassava parfait inside the hot water. Do not allow the water to get cold.
Pour the cassava parfait until it reaches the level of he water.
Next, leave to rise for about 1 minute, then stir with a strong spoon. Over here, we use a turning stick.
