Gratitude, as a word, it means and worths less but then, as a concept, the meaning behind it is immense and can aid a person through the hard terrain of life.

We don't live in the 80s no more, when minimum wage is enough to cater for the family needs and even take care of extended family. Working with the government has its own importance but then, the wages received is barely enough to take care of the family or even one self as a bachelor, thus, the need for having multiple streams of income.

During these times, financially helping somebody is a lot of work that not up to a handful of people agree to do. Within the people of where I'm from, one of the major reason why people don't help others is because they don't want the other person to surpass them. I don't want to generalize it, but seems like it's everywhere.

There are different ways to show gratitude - vocally, and through actions. Tinubu says; a screw driver could open doors to fortune but I say; gratitude, through words and through actions, can open doors with endless stream of wealth.

The feeling of entitlement among people these days is actually getting out of hand. People feeling entitled to another man's pocket, not knowing how hard he has worked before being able to reach where he is.

The fact that you are close to somebody, or somebody is your sibling or relative, does not mean that they get to do things for you. Never count your homie pocket thinking you deserve it ~ Meek mills.

I don't know about nobody, but personally, the day somebody starts counting my pocket, is the day they stop smelling the scent of my pocket. You don't deserve nothing from me. work hard, if you can, surpass me, but then, anything you get from me, is me being fair. You don't deserve none.
