Marbal has been skateboarding since 1989. When his father, an engineer who had never skateboarded, decided to build a skate park for his children to skate on. A year later, Mr. Mario Herdade built a Mini Half Pipe and years later, ramps for streetstyle. Marbal had back surgery in 2003 and went to school. He graduated in Biology and worked teaching at a school and in a laboratory in clinical analysis. In 2013, Marbal returned to his true love: skateboarding. Today, Marcelo Marbal is a master skateboarding champion and a skate park construction.
