Greater Art of Getting Back Up

The Art of Falling as I remember the feeling all too well It’s not just a thought it’s a physical sensation, as the world tilts your stomach drops and for a moment, everything is pure unfiltered freefall It’s the feeling of a plan crumbling a hope dashed a failure that feels so absolute it seems to redefine who you are. We’ve all been there that job interview that went sour, the project that you poured your soul into only to watch it stumble that personal goal that felt so close yet slipped through your fingers at the last second, and In that moment the fall is everything It’s loud it’s chaotic and it hurts.
For the longest time I thought the point was to avoid the fall to be so smart so careful so perfect that I’d never have to feel that sting of failure again, I built up guardrails and backup plans trying to engineer a life that was fall-proof and you know what? It was exhausting and worse it was boring I was so focused on not falling that I stopped moving forward I was standing perfectly still on solid ground terrified of taking a step that might lead to a stumble.
But life has a funny way of teaching you the lessons you need to learn It doesn’t matter how many guardrails you build eventually the ground shifts It always does.
I had one of those moments not too long ago It was a personal and professional setback that hit me like a ton of bricks For a few days I just sat with it I let myself feel the disappointment the frustration the sheer why did this happen? of it all I didn't try to sugarcoat it or immediately find the silver lining, Sometimes you just have to acknowledge the bruise and suck it up but after those few days, a shift happened It wasn’t a dramatic like a lightning-bolt moment It was quieter than that, It was a simple thought Okay You’re down here.

The best part about being down is that there's only one direction left to go, which is back up. I think the hard part is deciding how long one will stay down for, sometimes, this could take longer than anticipated.
Yea, sometimes we think we need someone to help us up but the truth is most times it's in our hands to choose.
