What Blue States Don’t Want You to Know About Medicaid

Why is hardworking middle-class money being stolen to reward laziness — all in the name of “Democrat compassion”?
If you're able-bodied and 19 to 64, no one’s asking you to build pyramids.
Just 20 hours a week of something — work, school, volunteering.
But nope… some folks get free Medicaid, while you get slapped with copays, premiums, and medical debt.
And now they cry over a $35 fee?
Meanwhile, blue states like California and New York hand out free healthcare like it’s Halloween candy — even to people who don’t belong here — while calling you “cruel” for questioning it.
Let’s be real:
It’s not about compassion.
It’s about votes — and you, the taxpayer, are the one getting played.

I never will believe that If Europe, Canada, Brazil, Australia They were able to develope a Universal and free public health system (payed by taxes), USA can not do the same.

Most of these countries have free or very cheap healthcare through taxes. It works well for basic and emergency care, but the downside is long wait times for non-urgent stuff. If you want faster or better service, people usually buy private or upgrade insurance. So yeah — it’s "free," but you still pay if you want more comfort or speed.

Well it works for them and people don't get in debt for cancer treatments or major Surgeries.

I totally understand your perspective, and I’m not claiming our system is perfect. The Affordable Care Act hasn’t been around that long, and sure — it needs improvements.

But my main point is this: if you're able-bodied, you shouldn't just sit back and expect others to carry your weight. No matter what country or system you're in, you have a responsibility to contribute in some way.

Being part of a society means giving back — not being a burden. Whether it’s work, volunteering, or some form of effort, everyone should be doing their part.

The Affordable Care Act isn’t going anywhere — we’re already paying for it through our taxes. But what a lot of people want to see is some personal responsibility. If you're able-bodied, get off the couch and help carry some of the load.

People are tired of footing the bill for those who aren’t contributing — especially for individuals who aren’t even supposed to be in the country or for things like elective care that others should cover themselves.

No one’s saying scrap the system — just step up, volunteer, work part-time, do something. The middle class is carrying too much of the weight alone.
