Chris Garner in the UK (2011) created this rather unique Amphibious Surface Water Craft for underwater adventure/exploration.

The electric powered MSVEX Bobcat track unit features a sub surface observation cockpit for two persons.

There are now MKII/III 4 & 6 seat version being developed/available
