The Good Bad Mother : Movie Review
I find it difficult to review a Korean drama, because I may end up still telling you almost everything that happened in the movie.
Well, I am not giving up because my friend @paulyoung1 had asked me to review any Korean dramas I watch.
I have been trying to avoid doing it, but I could love putting a smile on someone face after he/she reads this.
Or better still stair up an argument or opinion over the movie.
That could be more fun right?
With all these in consideration, let's get down with episode by episode review of the Korean drama The Good bad mother.
It contains 14 episodes.
I wrote episode 1-3 immediately after watching them.
Then the curiosity to know what happened next made me not to continue.
So, I wrote others after watching the whole episodes.
Episode 1
The movie started with the life of two hard working farmers.
Young-soon who makes delivery of all kinds of domestic animals feed and Hae-sik who owns a pig farm, gets in love and they got married.
Because of the Olympics, Director Song burnt Hae-sik pig farm and killed him.
The wife didn't actually know what killed the husband, but she was certain that Director Song has a hand in his death. Either due to their pressure or maybe they threatened him.
She convinced herself to be strong, she moved to Jou-ri Doldam village with one pig and started a pig farm.
She was able to be strong to live up with carrying the pregnancy, while farming.
The village people where initially against
the pig farm, they stopped the fight and helped her gave birth to a baby boy named Kang-ho.
She could make him work hard to be prosecutor.
But she overdid it in a hard way which hardened the sons heart.
Episode 2
His(Kang-ho) determination turned him to working for the bad people in power, which he did lots of dirty works for them.
He overdid everything by wanting to be Chairman Song's son(former Director Song) and marry Oh Tae-soo daughter.
He made his mother to sign the adoption paper, only to get into an accident immediately after the arrogant Oh Tae-soo's daughter left the car to get her scarf.
Episode 3
Her mother found out about the accident, took it upon herself to take good care of the paralyzed son.
Hoping and praying he wakes up, then she heard another news of him loosing his memories and being a 7 year old self.
On the other hand, we find out that Oh Tae-soo was behind Kang-ho's accident.
His daughter was safely locked in a hospital to avoid suspicious reasoning by people, and most especially from Chairman Song.
Chairman Song sense Oh Tae-soo must be behind Kang-ho's accident because he was against them relating.
Kang-ho's childhood friends Mi-joo and Bang Sam-sik are having difficulties with making a living.
Mi-joo after she was fired struggles to get a salon of her own work hard and bring her children to stay with her.
Bang Sam-sik who is an ex-convict struggles to get a job too.
Young-soon secretly brings Kang-ho back home, but he refused to eat anything because of his childhood memory when his mom always scolds him to eat less in other to study.
He was later convinced to eat before he started eating.
Rehabilitation centers were all booked, so Young-soon learnt on the necessary exercises and made Kang-ho do them.
Young-soon was determined to make Kang-ho improve by feeding himself, being inspired by how piglet rushes their feed because of hunger.
She decides to trigger Kang-ho to feed himself with his hands by not feeding him like a baby.
After some days of hunger, her method worked.
She was happy to see his son hungrily eating by feeding himself.
The comments from this post will encourage me to complete the episode by episode review of the whole drama.
I hope to get excited and encouraged.
Thank you very much for time and comment.

I want to watch this movie so badly, everything related to mothers catches my attention, specially if it's Asian, the change of cultures it's huge, so it's almost new everytime you watch something related,
The movie is so interesting.
It shows the duty of a diligent mother.

I didn't use to patronize korean dramas until we've watched a few and realized they were really better made than our own local ones. !LOL
