A humble welcome to my actifit report for Monday 22nd April, 2024.

The week has started well and good 😊

I am happily counting down to the end of the month.

I am used to Monday with it's a lot lately, and having a happiness therapy attached to it makes it more cool for me.

Work is still crowded with it's busier activities, walking up and down.

And yes, I was able to sit for a while though.

The block work has started and it's going slowly though.

Counting of blocks under the sun added to the stress of the day.

Glad for the day.
