My Actifit Report Card: March 26 2024 : I Am Alive Challenge
I nearly did not want to post on this day.
I thought my sick rest could give me the opportunity to write and engage more online but, the opposite is the case.
The chicken pox came with a lot, it affected everything in me😫
So, I wouldn't proudly say it's my actifit report.
But I sha got some step counts.
I went out a few times to get few things from a nearby store.
And I couldn't last long outside because the sun was burning me, the sun, heat and it's hotness made the pox to itch and scratch me a lot.
I ran inside to take a warm bath before a girl will run mad.
I managed to pull the day through with suffering the many symptoms of chicken pox.
I got very upset with my friend in the evening, because she laughed when I told her my pain relief meds finished without me remembering to replace it before night.
That means I will have to deal and sleep with headache, cold and weakness is maximum.
It wasn't a pleasant day for me but all I have to say is thank you Lord.
I have a lot of things popping in my head to blog but I am too weak to type..........
Let's go again for the new day.
