Welcome to my late actifit report for Thursday 30th November, 2023.
So sorry for the late report.
The body pains reduced so well, that I didn't feel it much.
Then I continued with the palm oil processing by picking out the palm fruit.
I wasn't with my phone the whole time.
My phone is currently crying please charge me and leave me alone
It's overheating and hanging anyhow lately.
But I am alive!
It was so hot on this day, the sun was blasting hot.
Gladly my day ended well, with an episode of the kdrama I started.
