My Actifit Report Card: September 16 2023 : I Am Alive Challenge

Hi Lovelies

Welcome to my actifit report for Saturday 16th September, 2023.

It rained heavily at intervals on this day.

Well, even without the rain I couldn't have gone for a morning walk.
Because I wasn't feeling too good.

But I was able to finish up with the long prolonged seminar 😁

I checked my activity count and it wasn't up to 5k steps, it was 3k still low.

I have to do something about it, the house chores wasn't enough.

So, I went out just in front of the compound.

I walked back and forth until it was 4850, before walking back to my room.
Tidying up with few things added up too before calling it a day.

That's it for my Saturday.
Though the catarrh didn't allow me to sleep well.

Let's go again today.

here also to much heavy rain and so many things are destroyed such as trees and I was in my university at this time but I'm safe

Welcome dear. I did work out when I was down and felt the brunt of it. So these days I make sure I am fit enough to work out fully. Though a stroll is cool.💕
