Home Training: The Invisible Foundation

This idea of home training it’s more than just knowing which fork to use at a formal dinner though that can be part of it, It’s the bedrock of how we treat others and navigate shared spaces that's what's It’s majorly about.

Basic Courtesy like Saying "please," "thank you," and "excuse me" or Holding a door for someone it's also courtesy, I by Not dominating conversations when discussing in groups is Simple acts of consideration that show you recognize other people exist and also
Respect for Space by Keeping noise reasonable in apartments not being lousy and loud unnecessary. Cleaning up after yourself in shared areas like (kitchens and bathrooms) and not encroaching on someone else's physical or mental space it's a nice way of showing courtesy. Ownership and Accountability If you make a mess (literal or figurative), you clean it up as taking responsibility is part of adulthood You take responsibility and don't expect others to constantly tidy up after you physically or emotionally.

This stuff isn't taught in business school or our conventional universities it’s absorbed (or not) in the environment we grow up in It’s the invisible script guiding how we show up in the world regardless of the price tag on our clothes. And frankly, a lack of it can make even the wealthiest person seem incredibly uncouth.
