Something is wrong with Lolz Pepe account
Lolz Pepe account is spamming upvotes at 30% power to posts that were published months ago that are past due, and recent posts as well. It is just spamming and probably killing its voting power. Seems like the account is programmed to do that, and the owner needs to fix that so it doesn't upvote posts that are past due nor every single post as it is currently doing right now.

I dislike automated votes. One could call automated votes spam.
A vote-bot that doesn't pay attention to the publish date isn't hurting things worse than a vote-bot that times its votes for maximum rewards since the rewards the vote-bot fails to receive stays in the reward pool for humans to receive.
