You people that love Socialism which is the Public Sector State Control of the Economy by definition and accurately defines to the T what happened here. Would you be willing to change your political stance of supporting Socialist Parties such as the Republican and Democratic Parties now that you know this fact?

If this 102 year Old man was living under godly capitalism and had Private Individual Control of his own economy, which is the definition of capitalism, and had true property ownership not controlled by the Public Sector. This man wouldn't have been persecuted for trying to clean up his own home.
