I agree, but if you really stick to it, it's actually not that expensive. All the money you use on junk and alcohol adds up too. I'm not doing it that strict at the moment, but I still feel so much better. Shawn Baker talks about the cheaper meat options and he says that's it not as bad as it could be. But you probably should do some research there. Getting off the junk and the greens will do wonders for most people
