SOME HEALTH RISKS OF CHEMICAL INCIDENCE// CLEANING REPORT FOR MONDAY 1ST APRIL,2024.
Glory to God for being alive to participate in this beautiful planet activity. As I did shared yesterday that I lost my uncle. Today being the first day in April has been quite busy for me but I have been able to do some tasks.
Today, I want to share on some health risks of chemical incidence.
Chemical incidents can cause injuries through four basic incidence pathways that can easily be interrelated.
Fire; Normally produces fire through heat and exposure to toxic substance including the ones that easily catch fire.
Explosion; This produces traumatic injuries through the resulting blast, fragments and projectiles.
Toxicity; This occurs when humans come into contact with a chemical that is released from it's container. Or as a reaction or combustion products. It can cause harm by a wide array of toxic mechanism ranging from chemical burnt.
Mental health effect are not determined by exposure to the chemical, fire, or explosion but also by exposure to the event itself.
Severe incidence have the tendency to to disrupt lives of casualty through injuries, loss of lives, property or employment.
Here are the pictures to support my step by step cleaning activities which was done today.
