Hello friends,
So excited about this week splinterland contest, as i would be entering the contest with the character Medusa. She's not new to anyone, may be some. She is a beautiful human female with living snakes as her hair, any one who looks upon her face turns to stone. She has been portrayed in many movies and viewing her as a splinterland character is quite interesting.
I made my impression of her as i saw fit, I enjoyed drawing the snake as well as drawing a womans hair. Its quite unique cause they are in motion(snake). Apart from the fact that they are live snakes, they are poisonous. So the whole concept from the rough sketch and the adding of the Hair. Then the adding of colours, showing of contrast and highlights. In general i glad it came out okay. The procedure and gif explains how the drawing was made, I use the Medibang app to make my drawing.
