Ma, you can survive under any kind of condition since you can go 6 good years without light.

NEPA drama is too much, they just keep finding means to extort money from people. Sometimes I don't see their difference from police.

I can't forget that portion of house project. congratulations ma, may the Lord continue to open doors for you to complete it. And you are right, we can survive without NEPA in this country. It's just money that is the problem, if not solar is also a good option
