My thoughts before school resumption

Today has been a long day as I prepare myself to resume work for the new session starting tomorrow with the imagination of standing in front of the staff room notice board, gazing at the familiar schedule for the new term. Tomorrow marks the official resumption of school third term and promotion exams , and I can't help but feel a mix of excitement and nervousness. As a school teacher, I love this time of year the final steps for my students to complete their academic calender and the beginning of a fresh start, new beginnings, and the promise of watching my students grow into another phase of their lives.

Still in my imagination of the school activities from previous session with thoughts of walking back to my classroom, I'm mentally preparing for the chaos that will ensue tomorrow. Lesson plans need to be finalized, materials prepared, and classrooms tidied up my mind is whirling with the endless tasks awaiting me and the tales of how the spend their Easter holiday will hover around the air all through this week.

My thoughts still glancing around the empty corridors, remembering the laughter and chatter that will soon fill the air, The new term brings new challenges, and I think I'm mentally ready for what's yet to come as I take a deep breath, feeling a sense of purpose wash over me. Tomorrow, we'll embark on a new academic journey together students, teachers, and staff alike. I hope we all smile, anticipating the smiles, the questions, and the triumphs as we face the class work this new session . It's going to be a great term.
