You're right. While the ancient Christians saw suffering as a privilege, believers now adays sees it as punishment because we seek our comfort and not the truth like the disciples of old.

I hope and pray we build that old radical faith once again. I love your expository and I'll suggest you post them on MCGI cares hive community. They welcome all Christian articles. I check more of your expository
