A place where east meets west: Cultural Diversity

When I think of cultural diversity, religion is somehow the first thing that comes to mind.
Religion as it is has a great influence on the complete cultural heritage of people, nations and civilizations.

How do I react when I am in a situation to be in contact with different cultures?
As a Christian of the Orthodox faith, I have no problems being in contact with people of other religions and cultures.
I have Catholic, Muslim, Hindu, Jewish and Buddhist friends and colleagues...

I visited and entered many temples, Catholic, Muslim, Jewish... I am interested in those religions and the way of life of those cultures...
Unlike one of my young colleagues, who has a narrow view of life and the world...
Imagine my astonishment, when we were in a predominantly Muslim environment, he forbade me to take a picture of him next to the mosque.
But hey, he's young, there's time for him.

My mindset is the following: "The more you see and learn, the more you are worth", so I accept everything that is new and easily or quickly fit into any culture.

And perhaps nowhere in the world is this cultural diversity as visible as in Sarajevo, in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the European Jerusalem, where the bell tower of the cathedral looks at the minaret and where in one square you can hear the bells of the Catholic and Orthodox churches and the prayer from the minaret, where less than 200 meters away are Christian, Islamic and Judaic temples, and in one street, east meets west.
