Drawing a Pretty Face

So, this pretty face that has a "Huh......what?" look is something I got from Pinterest. I was going through a pile of feminine cartoon figure and came upon this. It does look simply but took a lot of precision as you can clearly see the difference in the line-art, process and then the final piece.
Making cute what not faces like this gives me some kind of thrill and I honestly don't know why....
