Hope the knees are okay, over did it myself this weekend and paying the price with a knee strain 🙄 got a half marathon on 2 Oct so hope to be all healed by then 🤞

It's the Colchester Stampede Half, starts and finishes at the zoo, should be entertaining for the chimps at least 😄
